Eastland Fairfield Career Tech Center Roofing

Prodigy provided full roofing engineering, materials, and installation services to replace roof sections 2 and 5 at the Fairfield Career Center. The project included complete tear‑offs, insulation upgrades, new TPO membrane systems, drainage improvements, and new edge metal—installed to meet Carlisle’s long‑term warranty standards.

Section 2 received a full removal of the existing roofing system down to the metal deck, followed by installation of new code‑compliant insulation, factory‑built drain sumps, and an 80‑mil Carlisle TPO membrane. New edge metal was installed along the perimeter, and walk pads were added at serviceable equipment and access points. All details were completed per Carlisle’s 30‑year warranty requirements.

Section 5 was upgraded using a recover approach over the existing standing seam metal roof. Work included installation of flute‑fill insulation, ½” SecureShield HD Polyiso, new gutters and downspouts, and an 80‑mil Carlisle TPO membrane. New edge metal was installed throughout, and all details were completed per Carlisle’s 20‑year warranty specifications.

Dumpsters were provided for debris removal, and all work was performed in accordance with Carlisle’s installation standards to ensure long‑term watertight performance.
