Cooperative purchasing is the vehicle to bring proven private-sector design-build construction efficiencies to public sector projects. Prodigy holds over 30 nationally recognized cooperative purchasing contracts that have been competitively bid for nearly all facility needs including roofing, HVAC, lighting, athletics, paving, remodeling, additions, theaters, kitchens and much more. For projects in Ohio, many of our contracts have been bid with Ohio lead agencies under ORC 167.081 or ORC 153. We also have multiple contracts that work with Ohio Joint Purchasing ORC 9.48 for qualifying projects.
