About Sourcewell & the ezIQC® Program

Sourcewell is a cooperative purchasing organization that is itself a unit of government, created under Minnesota statute, serving more than 50,000 government, education, tribal, and nonprofit organizations across North America. For construction, Sourcewell partners with Gordian to deliver ezIQC® — competitively solicited job order contracting that lets an agency move a repair, renovation, or improvement project from idea to work-in-progress in a matter of weeks instead of months.

The work is delivered under contracts Sourcewell has already competitively awarded, and as with any cooperative, your agency confirms the purchase fits its own state and local rules.
