About the Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (EPC)
The Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (EPC) is a council of governments that has pooled the purchasing power of Ohio school districts since 1968. Governed by its member districts, the EPC uses their combined volume to competitively establish contracts across nearly everything a district buys — from classroom supplies, transportation, and health benefits to facilities and design-build construction. For member districts, that means better pricing and a faster, compliant path to the vendors and services they need.
