Felicity‑Franklin EPDM Roofing System
Prodigy completed a district‑wide roofing project for Felicity‑Franklin Local School District, installing a new reinforced EPDM roofing system designed to provide long‑term durability, improved waterproofing, and enhanced building protection. The project included selective removal of aging roof materials, replacement of compromised insulation, drainage improvements, and installation of new roofing components to restore system performance.
Work also included upgrades to roof edges, supports, and expansion areas to ensure a complete, warrantable installation. The new roofing system was installed in accordance with manufacturer requirements and is backed by a long‑term warranty, providing the district with a reliable, low‑maintenance solution for decades to come.
