Prodigy Building Solutions was hired to renovate four restrooms throughout the school, delivering ADA‑compliant access, modern finishes, upgraded fixtures, and durable flooring designed for high‑traffic educational environments. The project included full demolition, epoxy flooring, new partitions, updated plumbing fixtures, electrical improvements, and fresh paint across all designated restroom areas.
Girls Restrooms
Work began with demolition of two vertical courses of CMU at the entrance to achieve ADA compliance, followed by installation of a new bullnose CMU course. Existing tile flooring was removed and replaced with commercial flake epoxy, and the terrazzo flooring received a matching epoxy coating up to the hallway threshold.
All sinks, toilets, dispensers, grab bars, hand dryers, mirrors, and partitions were removed. Prodigy installed a new wall‑mounted sink with dual automatic faucets, four toilets with automatic flush valves, HDP partitions, two vanity mirrors, two electric hand dryers, and a new GFCI receptacle. Owner‑provided paper towel, soap, and toilet paper dispensers were installed. Walls, ceiling, and unit vent received two coats of final paint.
