Northland High School Gymnasium Upgrade
Prodigy partnered with Northland High School to deliver a comprehensive renovation of the main gymnasium, upgrading athletic equipment, seating, finishes, lighting, sound, and building systems to create a modern, high‑performance environment for student‑athletes and spectators.
Several existing components—including side‑court hoops and the Huddle camera system—were retained, with the camera removed, stored, and reinstalled by Prodigy.
Major replacements included new bleachers, main basketball goals with powered operation, gym wall padding, wireless scoreboards, scorer’s table, volleyball systems, new LED lighting, a new sound system, two sets of double doors, and a scissor gate. All equipment was sourced and installed through the appropriate specialty partners.
Prodigy also coordinated pricing and planning for several alternates, including wrestling mats and storage systems, batting cage and protective flooring, and a gym divider curtain.
Additional facility improvements included sanding and refinishing the gym floor, painting walls and ceilings, replacing existing ductwork with fabric duct, removing the folding wall and infilling the opening, reworking the return air path, and removing, storing, and reinstalling all flags and banners. The project also included 40 new team chairs and targeted sound attenuation enhancements to improve acoustics.
This renovation delivers a refreshed, safer, and more functional gymnasium that supports daily physical education, competitive athletics, and community events.
