Rigging modernization included replacement of arbors, rope locks, battens, guide wires, pulleys, and operating rope; correction of crossed or misaligned line sets; installation of new hardware; and safety improvements throughout the system.
Theater painting refreshed ceilings, walls, stage floor, stage front, and the new sound booth using high‑quality coatings for a clean, professional finish.
Flooring upgrades included installation of new carpet tile throughout the auditorium.
Seating replacement removed outdated seating and installed new, modern theater seats to improve comfort and accessibility.
Accessibility improvements included modifications to stage areas and circulation paths to support inclusive use.
Acoustic panel restoration involved removal, cleaning, new fabric installation, and reinstallation of all panels to improve sound quality and aesthetics.
Sound booth construction included demolition of existing seating, new framing and drywall, and installation of a floating laminate counter to support audio and lighting control operations.
