Lebanon High School Roof Replacement
Prodigy completed a full roof replacement that included removing the existing roofing system down to the deck, disposing of all materials, and replacing any decking identified as wet or compromised. The new system features Carlisle underlayment and 24‑gauge T‑250 PAC‑CLAD standing seam metal roof panels installed across all designated areas.
All penetrations were fully flashed, and the project includes both the PAC‑CLAD 30‑year weathertightness warranty and the PAC‑CLAD 30‑year finish warranty (with blue and red finishes carrying a 10‑year finish warranty per manufacturer terms). Cranes, lifts, dumpsters, and on‑site storage were included to ensure efficient staging and installation.
Site safety was maintained throughout the project, and all disturbed ground areas were leveled and seeded upon completion. Permits were included as required.
